Yes! When your customer logs into their GoPrep account, they can navigate to the Subscriptions tab.
From here they can see all of their Subscriptions and click Cancel if they’d like.
However, in order to prevent customers from abusing subscription discounts, you can specify the number of weeks your customer will be locked into when creating weekly subscriptions. The Cancel button will only show for them after they meet the minimum requirement. They would have to contact you directly if they want to cancel.
