Yes, you can!
Please navigate to the Settings page > Subscriptions tab, and find the field for Minimum Subscription Weeks.
Type in the number of weeks of orders your customer will be locked into when creating weekly subscriptions.
The Cancel button will only show for them after they meet the minimum requirement. They would have to contact you directly if they want to cancel. This is a way to prevent abuse of subscription discounts.
Please bear in mind that changing the Minimum Subscription Weeks will never have an effect on any existing subscriptions. Only on new subscriptions that are created.
What if the user deletes their credit card before the minimum requirement is met?
If the customer tries deleting a credit card that is tied to a subscription, and they haven't met the minimum number of subscription weeks yet, they will be charged the total discount saved on the subscription (again, this is to prevent abuse of subscription discounts). They'd see a modal window similar to the one in the image below.
