When you deactivate an item/meal, if those meals belong to a subscription or package, you will receive a prompt like this one:
This is done to prevent situations like this from happening. So, whenever you update your menu, you have to be mindful of the current subscriptions/packages that might be working with those meals. Please read this article for more information about rotating menus.
Now, the solution is pretty simple. First, adjust the order and select the correct items for it. Once it is adjusted, there will be either a positive or negative balance, and you just need to refund or charge this amount.
Second, adjust the subscription as well, so this doesn't happen next week.
