It is possible that the customer created a subscription instead of an order, and the subscription has not generated an order yet. Alternatively, there may have been an issue with their card, preventing the subscription from charging and thus generating an order.
Additionally, the customer might have placed an order after the cutoff time, which would cause it to be pushed to the next week.
