Is it possible to accept Cash orders?

Yes! It is possible. Go to Settings > Advanced and enable the Cash Orders for Customers option.

Essentially this lets customers place an order without making a payment, and then you can collect payment outside of the application. 

Your customers would see something like this:

You can easily tell if an order is a cash order, by its status icon:

If you're placing a Manual Order, Cash Order is always available as a payment method.
