Go to the Order page, search and open that specific order.
Once open, on the left side of the Order Information window, you will find the Refund button ().
Click it, and this will open an additional window.
Enter the amount in the text field next to the Refund button and click Refund, or leave it at $0.00 and click Refund for a full refund. As long as the credit card is still on file, it will refund the amount. It may take a few days (5 - 10) for the money to reach the customer's bank account.
Please remember that voiding an order and refunding an order are two separate functions. Voiding an order will not automatically refund an order.
You can easily tell if an order was voided and/or refunded by looking at its Status icon.
