On the Settings page under the Advanced tab, there is the option to enable cooler bag deposits.

When an order is made with a cooler bag included, the order on your Orders page will show a little icon (
) under the Status column, indicating it had a cooler bag. When you open that order there will be a new button displayed to refund the deposit.
Once the cooler bag is returned, and you refund your customer, the icon will change to this one:

Note: The cooler bag option applies to the entire order and not a specific meal, so we, unfortunately, would not be able to apply a deposit to a specific menu item (e.g. glass jars for soups).
But what is a Cooler Bag?
Many customers aren't home when their meals get delivered. The idea is that the delivery person can drop off their food outside their door in a cooler bag, which will prevent the food from spoiling.
