Yes, you can!
You can activate this feature by selecting Marketing > Customer Survey and clicking the Enable Customer Survey toggle switch.
Once enabled, you will automatically send your customer an email a certain amount of time after each order which links to a survey allowing the customer to give you feedback on their order.
By default, customer surveys will be sent 3 days after the order's delivery day, but you can change this in the Days After Delivery to Email Customer field.
Survey Questions
To start adding questions to your survey, go to the Survey Questions section and click the Add New Question button.
This will open a modal window where you can enter the Context of the question, the Type of question, and the question itself.
- Context: Indicate if the question is about the entire order or if the survey should ask this same question for each item in the order.
- Question Type: There are three:
- Text: lets customers type their response into a text box.
- Rating: lets customers select one number from a maximum of your choosing.
- Selection: lets customers choose one or more responses from your choices.
- Text: lets customers type their response into a text box.
- Question: The question itself. This will change depending on the type of question you selected.
If you selected Text then you would only need to enter the question.

If you selected Rating, you'd need to enter the question and the maximum rating.

If you chose Selection, you'd need to enter the question and the possible options/responses. To add more options, click the Add Option button. If you have Limit to 1 enabled, customers will only be able to choose a single answer. If it's disabled, they will be able to choose multiple answers.

You can find your customer's responses, by clicking the Responses tab below. 
If you enable Automatically Email Me Responses, you will also receive these via email.
Manually Sent Customer Surveys
If you want to enable Customer Surveys, but don't want them to be sent automatically after every delivery/pickup, you can set Days After Delivery to Email to 0, and instead manually email the survey on the Orders page (pull up an order and click the Email Survey button).
