To set this up, please go to Marketing > Promotions > Add Promotion.
From here, you can choose Points System as the promotion type, the Cash Back Percentage of the points (amount of points customers receive on each purchase), and what you would like to name the points.
This will automatically be applied to all future orders to let customers accumulate points.
Points System

Cash Back Percentage: Percentage amount that will determine how many points your customers will receive on each purchase. This amount will be multiplied by 100.
Example: A 2% points system on a $100 order would give 200 points to the customer. This means that 200 points are equivalent to $2 the customer can spend on future orders.

Points Naming: Custom title for your points system. This name will be used when communicating with customers (e.g "You will earn 500 Prep Points on this order").

Max Points Limit: Optionally set a limit on the total number of points a customer can earn.

Points Per Order Limit: Optionally set a limit on the total number of points that can be used per order.
Viewing and editing customer points
On the Customers page, you can see how many points each customer currently has.
You can also edit a customer’s points manually by clicking the Edit button for that customer and updating the Points field.
