Can I offer coupons?

Yes! You can offer coupons for flat rates or percentage discounts, with options for one-time usage and free delivery.

To create a coupon, go to the Marketing page and click on the Coupons tab. You will need to enter the following information:

• Coupon Code: The actual code. GoPrep is not case-sensitive, so it will ignore uppercase or lowercase letters.
• Flat or Percent: Select the type of discount (flat rate or percentage).
• Amount: Enter the flat or percentage discount.
• Free Delivery: Check this option if the coupon will offer free delivery. If you want to create a coupon that only offers free delivery, you can set a flat coupon for $0.00 and check the free delivery box.
• One Time: This option allows the coupon to be used only once.
• First Order: This option restricts the coupon to be used only on the customer's very first order. If they've already placed orders in your store, the coupon will not work.
• Minimum/Maximum Amount: Set any minimum or maximum subtotal requirements for the coupon to be applicable.

After you enter all the information, click the Add button to add the coupon to your store.

In the example below, we have the coupon code "NewCustomer," which offers a flat discount of $15, includes free delivery, and is valid only for the customer's first order. Additionally, the customer must have a minimum subtotal of $60.00 for the coupon to be applicable.
