How do I get a Report of the Variations (Sizes, Components and Addons)?

You can get this report from the Production page. Check the Variations Report checkbox on the top, and then click Print. 

You will receive a Variation Production Report, with a list of the items and their respective quantities.

However, if you want to see these variations next to the main item, just keep the Variations Report checkbox unchecked and Print the report. This will give you an Item Production Report (this can also be obtained from the Reports page).
