Is there a way to report how much I need of each ingredient for each item?

Yes! There is a way to receive a report of the total ingredients by item.

Please go to the Ingredients page and check the Ingredients By Meal checkbox.

After printing (or exporting), you'd receive an Ingredients By Item report, similar to this one.

The Ingredients By Item report can also be obtained from the Reports page. Go to the Kitchen Preparation section, select Ingredients By Item, select the Delivery date range you're interested in and then Print.
