On the Subscriptions page, click the Bulk Update button. This allows you to manage multiple subscriptions at once instead of updating them one by one. It’s especially useful when you need to make the same change across many subscriptions or quickly review their current setup.
When you open Bulk Update from the Subscriptions page, you’ll see a list of all active and paused subscriptions. Cancelled subscriptions are not shown.
From this screen, you can:
Update subscription details individually or in bulk
Change the status of subscriptions (Active, Paused, or Cancelled)
Adjust subscription-related dates and times (where applicable)
Review key subscription information in a single, centralized view
You can also:
Click column headers (such as Name or Status) to sort subscriptions
Increase the number of subscriptions displayed at once using the records dropdown
Notes and limitations
Only Active and Paused subscriptions appear in Bulk Update
Cancelled subscriptions are excluded
Stores using Multiple Days per Order won’t be able to adjust delivery dates from this screen, but can still update other subscription settings
Apply to All Subscriptions
At the top of the window, you’ll see an Apply to All Subscriptions section. Any values you set there will be applied to all listed subscriptions at once.
⚠️ Important:
The status selector is not a filter. If you choose a status (for example, Cancelled) and click Apply, that change will be applied to every subscription shown.
