How can I cancel my GoPrep plan?

You can cancel your GoPrep plan directly from the Billing page in your Admin dashboard.
 

How to cancel your subscription

1. Go to the Billing page.

2. Click Cancel Subscription.

3. Select a reason for cancellation.

4. Click Cancel Subscription again to confirm.
