Why does my GoPrep link always take me to my dashboard?

If you visit your GoPrep link and are taken to your dashboard, it means you're logged in as an Admin. Technically, you're also a user of your own store, but with Admin privileges.

To see what your customers see, you have two options:

1. Log Out: Simply log out of your Admin account. After logging out, visiting the same GoPrep link will take you to the customer side.
   
   
   
   
2. Use Incognito Mode: Open an incognito window in your browser and visit your GoPrep link. This allows you to see the customer side without logging out of your Admin account in the main window, which is useful for testing.
