404 Page Not Found error when visiting a GoPrep store

Some customers may see a 404 Page Not Found error when opening your store link from Facebook or Instagram.

This happens because Meta (Facebook and Instagram) sometimes adds extra tracking elements to the URL. When this happens, the store link may not load properly unless it includes /customer/menu.

To avoid this error, make sure to share your link in this format: yourstorename.goprep.com/customer/menu

This version of the link will always work, even if opened inside Facebook or Instagram.
