From your Orders page, double-click an order to open the Order Information window, and click the Adjust button ().
Clicking this button will take you to the menu and load the items from the order into the Bag, so you can update the meals or packages.
When you click CONTINE TO CHECKOUT, you’ll be taken to the Checkout page, where you can adjust things like the delivery or pickup date, location, and time.
Once you’re done making changes, click UPDATE to finalize the updates.
Adjusted orders will show a yellow asterisk icon () in the Status column.
If the updated order has a higher total than the original order, the balance will be positive, meaning that you need to charge your customer.
If the updated order has a lower total than the original order, the balance will be negative, meaning that you need to refund your customer.
Note: After an adjustment, the refund/charge still needs to be done manually, it is not done automatically. On the Financials page the final actual total of the order will be reflected, but whether or not the refund/charge took place is up to you to handle.
