What is the Cut Off Period?

The Cut Off Period is the amount of time you need to prepare your meals before a delivery/pickup day.

For example, if your pickup day is Saturday with a 3-day cut-off period, orders cannot be placed after Tuesday. Any order placed after Tuesday will be assigned to the next upcoming delivery/pickup day (in this, case the following Saturday).

The cutoffs will be displayed on your Settings page, under the Orders tab (for One Day per Order, Same Rules) and the Delivery Days tab (for Multiple Days Per Order or One Day per Order, Different Rules).
