How am I charged when using SMS services?

Using SMS in GoPrep involves two types of charges:

• A monthly fee for the phone number you purchase.

• A per-message fee for each SMS you send.

The cost per message depends on the length of the SMS.

Each SMS has a character limit. If your message exceeds that limit, it will be split into multiple message parts. Each part counts as a separate SMS and is charged individually.

For example:

• A longer message or one containing emojis may result in multiple SMS parts

• Each part increases the total cost of the message

⚠️ You are only charged for outgoing texts. All incoming SMS are free.
