To manually add a lead, go to the Marketing page > Leads tab.
There, you will see the list of all your leads. To add a new one, click the Add Manual Lead button and enter the following information:
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone number
Once saved, this information will be added to your leads table.
Adding a lead manually does not create a customer account. It simply stores their contact details in your leads list. Because of this, you won’t be able to enter additional information like address, city, or ZIP code at this stage.
Leads added this way will not receive any emails automatically, since no account is created.
If the person later signs up using the same email address, their information will be recognized and they will transition from a lead into a customer automatically.
