You can block specific customers to prevent them from placing future orders. This can be useful in cases where you no longer want to serve a particular individual.
How to Block a Customer
- Go to the Customers page.
- Find the customer you want to block.
- Click their name or the View button to open the Customer Details window.
- Click the red Block button.
Once blocked:
- The customer will no longer be able to log in and place orders.
- They will see a message telling them they’ve been blocked.
