What does the Item Production Report show?

Item Production Reports show the meals and meal quantities that need to be prepared during a specified ordering period. You can get Item Production Reports from the Production page or from the Reports page.

 

Reports page

Go to the Kitchen Preparation section. Select Item Production, select the Delivery date range you're interested in, the Pickup Location (if it applies), and then click Print. 

You can also export the Item Production Reports in CSV and XLS format.

Production page

The first thing you will notice is that the page itself is already giving you a Production report.

The Production page offers more options to customize your Item Production Reports. You will also be able to choose specific Delivery/Pickup times* (1), receive reports for specific Production Groups** (2), receive reports with Variations only, show the time* on the reports, and Group reports by delivery/pickup day (4).

* Only available if you've enabled Delivery/Pickup hours.

** Production Groups will only appear if you have this feature enabled.
