How can I preview my Menu?

For a quick preview of your Menu, go to the Menu page, click the Settings button and select Preview Menu or go to the Orders page and click the Create Order button.

Visit your store as a customer
 

To visit the store as a customer, you have two options:

1. Log Out: Simply log out of your Admin account. After logging out, visiting the same GoPrep link will take you to the customer side.
    

   

2. Use Incognito Mode: Open an incognito window in your browser and visit your GoPrep link. This allows you to see the customer side without logging out of your Admin account in the main window, which is useful for testing.

How can I find my GoPrep store URL/link?

You can find your GoPrep URL/link on the Account page, under the Company section, but the easiest way is to just look at the address bar in your browser.

Why does the link take me back to the Admin dashboard?

Now, you might wonder if that’s the correct URL since visiting it just takes you back to your Admin dashboard. That’s because you’re logged into your Admin account. You're essentially a user of your store, just with Admin privileges.

You need to visit the store as a customer as previously mentioned, by either logging out or visiting an incognito window.
