What is a Statement Descriptor?

This is what shows up next to your customer’s credit card charges on their statements. Usually, it is your website or business name.

To change it, go to Settings > Orders > Statement Descriptor.

Note: If you have a Shared or Child account, the stores will need to have the same Statement Descriptor.
