How does the payout schedule work? What is the payout speed?

Although payouts are handled directly by Stripe, it is possible to change the payout schedule.

By default, Stripe does payouts on a daily rolling basis, but you can change this to weekly automatic, monthly automatic, or manual payouts.

That being said, the payout schedule doesn’t determine how long it takes your pending balance to become available. It only refers to when your funds are going to be paid out once available. 

Payout speed, on the other hand, does refer to the amount of time it takes for your funds to become available. This is usually 3 business days but also depends on your bank. This is, unfortunately, outside of our control.

For example, if your account was operating on a daily payout schedule with a 3 business day payout speed, the funds paid out daily would be from 3 business days preceding.
